New location with exhibition and specialist advice to see, feel and test massage chairs in the Rhine-Ruhr area.

Massage Chair World, headquartered in Remstal just outside Stuttgart, is successful in the massage chair segment. The products are less about wellness and more about health promotion. Michael Roedeske and Manuela Radu, the owner duo of the innovative company, are always striving to break new ground and have now opened a new consulting point with an exhibition in Leverkusen. “We are deliberately starting the new branch in the populous Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region,” says Roedeske. With the new opening, they are giving particular emphasis to the focus on high-quality massage chairs and sound advice.

The owners have been able to recruit a branch manager from the health sector for the new location: Marco Libi is a certified wellness massage therapist. He has been practicing in this profession for more than 14 years and knows his target group and their complaints exactly. He provides Roedeske and Radu with qualified advice when selecting products and can specifically address possible complaints in customer discussions. “With the right product, pain relief can be achieved,” says Roedeske. Manuela Radu, who has French roots and also learned to be a masseuse at the Azenday Academy in Paris, is pleased to have a real expert in her team in Marco Libi.

"Our products are primarily about maintaining and restoring health and well-being. Our high-quality massage chairs specifically address problem areas; they can support the recovery process and reduce stress. The use of our chairs is not just limited to private households - they are also of enormous value in offices, social facilities and of course hospitals," explains Michael Roedeske, explaining the background.

Marco Libi comes to exactly the right place: With experience as a masseur in the context of company health management (BGM), including at well-known companies such as AOK-Clarimedis or Deutsche Bahn, he is ideal for advising corporate customers. Libi is already considered a veteran and massage chair expert in the industry. “We can count ourselves lucky that we were able to attract such a top-class expert for our new location,” praises Roedeske. "Corporate customers often still need to be convinced. We know from our experience that using a massage chair in the company not only has the well-known health-promoting benefits but also increases the motivation of employees. Ultimately, satisfied employees who experience such appreciation result in a healthy working atmosphere that outweighs any initial investment," Roedeske knows from many reports from his customers.

The owner strives to spread the benefits of massage chairs in Germany. The new branch in the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region in Leverkusen covers the densely populated catchment area around Cologne/Bonn, Mönchengladbach, Düsseldorf, Wuppertal, Essen and Dortmund.
