Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany)and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
We do not charge shipping costs.
When sending bulky goods (forwarding) abroad, we charge as follows:
Massage chairs are shipped free of charge via courier
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Delivery times
For goods designed individually according to customer requirements, the correction template is created within 7 working days of the conclusion of the contract, the design work is carried out and the goods are delivered within 21 Working days after approval of the correction template (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 4 - 7 days, for deliveries abroad within 7 - 14 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.

Further payment details
Payment is by invoiceonly for authorities and companies possible.
If payment is made on invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date.
When paying by credit card(without using a payment service provider)Your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
