Massage Chair World expands warehouse space

Moments of relaxation particularly important in difficult times
Massagesessel Welt takes stock of the economic situation and is bucking the trend by investing in additional, spacious warehouse space. "It is foreseeable that we will have to weather further supply bottlenecks. And this despite the fact that the Corona container congestion has not yet been completely overcome," explains Michael Roedeske, owner of Massagesessel Welt. The congestion on the main delivery routes is not his only concern: "Due to the fact that trains no longer run in Ukraine, the direct connection from China to Germany has been cut. In truck transport, there is a shortage of Ukrainian drivers, and capacity is also exhausted in sea transport. By the end of the year, an easing of the situation is more than unlikely," says the entrepreneur. The additional storage space should ensure short delivery times in the future as well.

More than Wellness
With their massage armchairs Michael Roedeske and Manuela Radu the founders of the massage armchair world would like to offer not only Wellness. The products, which are now stored on an additional 200 m² of warehouse space in Fellbach Oeffingen, are far more than a mere luxury good: "I have come to know massage chairs in their use for health and still see them as such. Our products are used in companies as part of company health management or in retirement homes. They provide a moment of relaxation for the mind and body - this is an important aspect that should not be neglected, especially in today's world," says the expert. The additional 300 massage chairs that can be stored in the new area will ensure the ability to supply Massage Chair World. The warehouse is planned as a new central warehouse and expands the previous premises in Remshalden. In the future, these will only serve as a delivery and collection warehouse.

Short delivery times ensure
"We hope that we are thus well equipped to offer people in companies and at home a brief moment of relaxation, even in difficult times," says Manuela Radu. Massagesessel Welt opened a showroom in Weinstadt in July 2021 with the largest massage chair exhibition in Europe. More than 30 models are presented there, which can be used both privately and commercially. And since the fall of 2021, customers have also been able to test the products of well-known manufacturers at their leisure in Leverkusen and receive free advice from experts on all their needs.
