A massage chair at work - Yuliy, how did it happen?

Frankly, the idea didn't come from me in the first place, but from one of my employees. Of course, as a manager, you notice in which situations tension and stress increase and also how this affects your work. In our industry, even with a predominantly sedentary posture, this is even more critical for the general well-being. While thinking about how to sustainably increase productivity and motivation, and thus also employee satisfaction, the idea of the massage chair was born for us. The employees wanted a massage and I thought, then we'll take care of it and get professional advice accordingly.

Leon, what are typical, physical ailments caused by daily work?

Despite my relatively young age, I notice that I am already frequently struggling with discomfort and pain, especially in my lower back, due to the amount of sitting I do. Admittedly, I don't have the best working posture, which of course also contributes to this, but I'm sure this also affects many other people with a similar office routine. Massages are a proven way to alleviate discomfort here and I discovered that for myself. I was all the more enthusiastic about the idea that we should be given the opportunity to relax physically and mentally in the workplace in the future.

For Yuliy the way to Massage Chair World was clear

I already knew Michael Roedeske from before and knew that he was the right person to talk to about massage chairs. So without further ado, we called, made an appointment and then drove there. The showroom and the assortment were not yet known to me and I must admit that the selection therefore impressed me. The first step was a very basic explanation of the different techniques used in massage chairs and which functions are particularly suitable for which area of application.

The expansion stages of the individual models were discussed and of course the price segments of the respective massage chairs. The selection definitely ranged from A to Z and we were able to draw from the full range and really select a perfect fit based on our own requirements and not the other way around; being satisfied with a pre-selected selection. So we made our wishes known as well as our budget and received targeted advice and we already had a massage chair that exactly suited us. The decision fell on the Allrounder MSW16003HH, the function "stretching and stretching" has become irreplaceable for me and feels especially after training incredibly good. That was certainly one of the reasons for the final choice.

Assembly and delivery perfectly complemented the service

Of course, we opted for the premium delivery; after all, comfort is the top priority for such a product. The whole thing also worked out excellently. As a rule, we are very engrossed and concentrated in our work, in which we were not disturbed by the delivery and assembly. The massage chair was delivered by two people, very neatly assembled and that very carefully and with a lot of routine.

Afterwards there was a detailed instruction about all the details of the model and the functions that are available. In summary, there's from us, quite clearly the top mark - everything went perfectly.

For Leon, the massage chair has an impact on employee satisfaction

A massage chair like this is great, of course. Not everyone has one, and it's perfect to use spontaneously during the lunch break or shortly after work to wind down and approach the next challenges with renewed focus, new ideas and, of course, relaxation. This already makes you feel appreciated, because that is not a matter of course and we welcome the measure very much in the team.

It is a clear sign from the company that the well-being of the employees is important, of course also because we are more productive when we are more relaxed. In my view, it's a win-win situation for both sides - employer and employees.

Massage chair was also the right choice for Yuliy

You really notice a different mood in the office since we received our massage chair. Not only are the employees more relaxed, but also because the company cares and they have been listened to. The feeling that a joint decision has been made here that contributes to everyone's well-being and that in the long run definitely contributes to employee satisfaction. So I would opt for the massage chair again at any time - not least because I really enjoy using it myself, but because its contribution to a positive working atmosphere and greater productivity is absolutely tangible.
