(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed).

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us(P4P Solutions GmbH, Max-Holder-Str. 25, 73630 Remshalden, phone number: 0715120525995, e-mail address: widerruf@massagesesselwelt.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
If you have requested that the services for which the contract provides for the payment of a price should commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Reasons for exclusion or expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.
The right of withdrawal shall expire in the case of a contract for the provision of services which obliges the consumer to pay a price, upon the complete provision of the service, if the consumer has expressly agreed, prior to the commencement of the provision, that the entrepreneur shall commence the provision of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed his knowledge that his right of withdrawal shall expire upon the complete performance of the contract by the entrepreneur.
The right of withdrawal shall expire in the case of a contract where the consumer has expressly requested the trader to visit him in order to carry out repair work, upon the complete performance of the repair services, if the consumer has expressly agreed, prior to the commencement of the performance, that the trader shall commence the performance of the repair services before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
