PUREMANENT Long Protect disinfectant with long-term effect is a combination preparation with effective disinfection and cleaning of medical inventory, medical devices and surfaces of all kinds. The long-term effect of PUREMANENT Long Protect is due to the fact that it is not based on alcohol, but on modern quaternary ammonium compounds. It also contains an additive that allows the biocidal active substances to adhere to the surface, creating an active depot. This actively kills bacteria and fungi and inactivates viruses.

The product is free from aldehydes and phenols. It is ideal for disinfecting alcohol-sensitive surfaces and all waterproof (washable) non-porous surfaces. As it contains 0.0% alcohol, it is particularly gentle on materials and is also suitable for acrylic glass. PUREMANENT Long Protect is odorless, does not form streaks and does not build up in layers. It is very well suited for use in sectors with high hygiene requirements and for use in areas near and far from patients. PUREMANENT Long Protect can also be used without hesitation on surfaces that come into contact with food.

Why does PUREMANENT work for so long and other disinfectants only for a few minutes?
PUREMANENT initially contains 0.0% alcohol, as this evaporates quickly. The germ-inactivating active ingredients are modern quaternary ammonium compounds, which take effect within a short time and adhere well to surfaces. But the special feature of our disinfectant is an additive that only PUREMANENT has. It acts like a preservative by making the germicidal active ingredients adhere extremely well to surfaces. The pleasant thing about it is that you cannot see or feel the effect (no stickiness). On the contrary: the additive creates an easier-to-clean effect on surfaces (easy-to-clean effect), which is even dirt-repellent to a limited extent. Even after thousands of touches, the protection remains active. Even subsequent cleaning with water and neutral detergents cannot destroy the active deposit.
